About Me
Hello! My name is Dogus Yayla & I'm a P.E. Teacher based in North London. I have grown up playing football & cricket since the age of 7. I'm a Schools Manager at The Elms Sport in Schools & manage the delivery of Physical Education in over 50 primary schools. I enjoy spending time with my friends & family. I love working with people & helping adults & children succeed within sport.
My Coaching Journey
I have been coaching for almost 9 years now. In the last 12 months I've transformed myself focusing on tennis coaching as well as playing the game. I've worked with highly experienced coaches at my club who I've learnt so much from. Teaching tennis in schools for 6 years was only the tip of the iceberg, I've realised that there is so much more to tennis coaching & Steve was able to help me see that. I enjoy creating an environment for children to learn themselves as tennis is an individual sport. I want to expand my tennis knowledge & I look forward to networking with others within tennis.
